Well, I think you can easily find OTHER exercises for the piano in almost whatever musicstore. Have you tried the Hanon book? It's a good book filled with lots of exercises, all in a methodical manner.

I live in Sweden, and with the exception of a few recordings,Tristano records are hard to find in stores here. Ordering by internet works of course though that's expensive.
Let's hope the situation changes.
